Where Integrative and Conventional Healthcare Meet.
Naturopathic Care Sunshine Coast.

Many women are interested in exploring how lifestyle, stress, sleep, hormones, digestion and environmental factors may be influencing how they feel, alongside conventional medical care.

Karina provides evidence-informed naturopathic support that complements the medical and allied health services available within SunCoast Women's Health Hub, incorporating naturopathic principles, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation and lifestyle strategies tailored to the individual.

Naturopathy focuses on supporting the body's natural ability to heal and maintain balance, recognising the complex interaction between hormones, gut health, stress, sleep, environment and overall wellbeing.

Working within a multidisciplinary clinic allows patients to access both integrative and conventional approaches to healthcare when appropriate, ensuring care remains collaborative, coordinated and centred around the patient's goals.
