Thoughtful, Comprehensive Approach to ADHD & Mental Health Care
We provide thoughtful, evidence-based ADHD assessments and mental health care tailored to the individual. Our approach considers the broader picture — including hormonal health, anxiety, mood, sleep, stress and life stage — recognising that symptoms can present differently in women, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.

Most patients will require approximately three appointments as part of a comprehensive ADHD assessment process.
Attention, focus and emotional regulation difficulties can be influenced by a range of factors, including hormonal changes, anxiety, burnout, sleep and other mental health conditions. Our approach considers the broader picture to ensure care is thoughtful, individualised and evidence-based, and we also provide support for a range of other mental health concerns where appropriate.
