Thoughtful, Comprehensive Approach to ADHD & Mental Health Care

We provide thoughtful, evidence-based ADHD assessments and mental health care tailored to the individual. Our approach considers the broader picture — including hormonal health, anxiety, mood, sleep, stress and life stage — recognising that symptoms can present differently in women, particularly during perimenopause and menopause.

WHY ADHD CAN BE MISSED IN WOMEN

ADHD in women is often overlooked or misdiagnosed. Symptoms may present differently and can overlap with anxiety, burnout, hormonal changes, sleep difficulties and mental load — particularly during perimenopause and menopause.
